Family owned business. I have referred Appliance Center to my closest family and friends. He was able to order us a new dishwasher with extra parts for a reasonable cost. His service was great.
He was able to get to my moms house to fix her washer/dryer at a moments notice when it suddenly broke down. He was able to get us a stack washer/dryer at a reasonable cost
Also, he fixed my best friend’s fridge and freezer and they always call him for their other repairs.
He is working with us now to get a new fridge.
As a female I felt comfortable alone in my home with Mark. He was kind, respectful, explained everything thoroughly, & took time out of his day to speak with my fiancé on the phone while he was working on the road.
Very professional, great scheduling, and they get the job done. I have used this company on 3 separate occasions, and each they solved my issues. Keep in mind that you do pay a premium for this service. So DIY folks may want to troubleshoot first before scheduling an appointment.
Courteous and helpful, the technician knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our refrigerator problem. I will recommend them to friends and family.
